Our rotamat Rotary
Transfer Machines are smaller than our SR series machines and
excel with precision and quality. Mechanical actuation has been
used throughout to assure long life at high operating speeds.
Designed for versatility and short changeovers, the rotamats may
be equipped with a variety of units and fixtures. Machining
operations are performed horizontally, vertically and from
underneath. Even complicated parts can therefore be finished in
one set up, resulting in high workpiece quality and a low price
per part.
Just like our SR series of machines, the Rotamats may be
purchased in turnkey condition or as Components System. For
companies who have machine building capabilities in-house, a
components system offers considerable savings. We will provide
drawings, hardware and control systems as needed and also offer
help to the enduser when he completes the machine.

Choice of Machining Units
JD7 CAM UNITS
These mechanically actuated units are ideal for medium and long runs.
JD8 SERVO UNITS
Used for operations requiring frequent changeovers.
SPECIAL UNITS
Slide/spindle combinations, marking units, screw drivers and many more
can be used alongside JD7 and JD8 units.
